Yes. Port Ayas is a pet-friendly hotel, and we are happy to welcome guests with pets. Please let us know in advance when booking.

Yes. Port Ayas is open throughout the year. Autumn and winter are especially quiet and cosy, and all rooms have heating for a comfortable stay.

Port Ayas is ideal for family holidays. The spacious grounds, walks along the lake, tours of the ship and workshops are enjoyable for both children and adults. We will be happy to provide information about accommodation options and discounts for children when you book.

There is a café on the property where guests can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu includes Armenian and European dishes, homemade pastries, desserts and drinks.

Yes. Please let us know in advance about any dietary restrictions, allergies or special requests. We will do our best to prepare a suitable menu.

Yes. Port Ayas is suitable for corporate events, family celebrations, retreats, strategy sessions, birthdays and other occasions. We have a large hall for up to 150 guests, accommodation, catering, a coworking space, and the option to organise guided tours, workshops and a personalised programme. Our team can organise the entire event for you, from planning to delivery.

All rooms have heating, making Port Ayas comfortable throughout the year. The rooms do not have air conditioning. Thanks to our location on the shore of Lake Sevan, the temperature remains comfortable even in summer.

Port Ayas is located approximately 115 kilometres from central Yerevan. The journey by car takes around two hours.

During your stay, you can: • visit the legendary ship Kilikia; • walk along the shore of Lake Sevan; • go hiking around Artanish; • join workshops in making gata, bread, zhingyalov hats or khapama; • enjoy a picnic in nature or a romantic picnic on the ship; • watch a film on the projector; • enjoy the peace, sunsets and nature away from the city and other hotels.

Almost all rooms offer views of Lake Sevan. Only one double room overlooks the mountains. If a lake view is important to you, please let us know when booking. We will offer the most suitable available option

Yes. You can pay for your stay by card or in cash. A card payment terminal is available at the hotel.
