PORT AYAS RESTAURANT
RESTAURANT
The cuisine at Port Ayas is home-style Armenian cooking with a contemporary touch from our chef, Satik. Together with local women from Artanish, she prepares dishes that combine traditional Armenian recipes, a modern approach and respect for local ingredients. The menu includes whole baked Sevan whitefish, whitefish kebab, Armenian dolma, homemade dumplings filled with whitefish, traditional kebabs, soups, fresh salads and a selection of European dishes. Some dishes are prepared with wild herbs gathered in the mountains around Artanish.

The restaurant is open to everyone. You are welcome to join us for lunch or dinner even if you are not staying at the hotel. You can come to the shore of Lake Sevan, explore the grounds, relax on the beach and then enjoy lunch or dinner overlooking the lake. We welcome both hotel guests and visitors who would like to discover the cuisine of Port Ayas and spend a few peaceful hours by Lake Sevan.
